15 December 2008MODERN WATER EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION TRUST
Modern Water plc (“the Company”) announces that it has
been advised that on 12 December 2008 Modern Water (Nominees)
Limited, as Trustee of the Modern Water Employee Share Option
Trust, purchased 71,311 Modern Water plc ordinary shares of 0.25p
each at an average price of £0.485 per share to satisfy, when
they vest, share based incentive awards granted to the
Company’s employees.
Including this purchase Modern Water (Nominees) Limited, as
Trustee, holds 71,311 shares in Modern Water plc.
