2009

• Gibraltar proving plant demonstrates energy and cost saving efficiencies compared with traditional methods.
• Oman commercial desalination plant is operational.
• Winner of the AIM ‘Achievement in Sustainability’ Award.
• First revenues delivered by Cymtox, following which the remaining shares in the company are acquired.

2008

• Gibraltar proving plant is commissioned and produces first water.
• Oman office opened and agreement to develop new commercial plant in Al Khaluf is signed.
• Winner of the Energy/Environmental award at the first pan-European Academic Enterprise ACES Awards held in Stockholm.
• Investment made in AguaCure Limited, specialists in proven electrochemical water treatment technologies.

2007

• Successful IPO completed in June 2007, raising £30 million.
• Moved into new office head quarters in Guildford during the autumn.
• Completed migration of all administrative processes and financial functions from founding shareholder.
• Business Development team established, and identification of first MO desalination application underway.
